SuperHost was developed by Tourism British Columbia in 1985 to improve the quality of service in tourism business throughout the province in preparation for the World Exposition in Vancouver in 1986. Bed & Breakfast On The Green is proud to be able to offer our own in-house CPGA Golf Professional. PGA of British Columbia member golf professionals are experts in the business of golf, are the most qualified instructors of the game and are essential to any successful golf operation.
Every Class "A" PGA of BC professional must complete a comprehensive apprenticeship program which includes obtaining a three year business golf/diploma or a four year university business degree. The professional must also complete a four-level teaching program, which provides the foundation to become expert instructors. Rules of golf, club fitting and club repair workshops are also taken, along with various seminars on industry topics. Members must also constantly upgrade their skills to maintain their Class "A" membership status.
