Weekly or every 4 days of home inspection inside and perimeter check
Alarm response and reset
Check temperature and heating system
Check electrical panel/circuit breakers
Start automobiles in garage
Check smoke detector operation
Run all faucets to insure water is in traps
Flush all toilets
Check basement for leaks
Accept packages and place in home
Weekly e-mail with clients
Prior to returning home (at an additional cost) if desired
Window cleaning
Gutter cleaning
Roof cleaned
Lawns and outside clean up

Steve is the Head Teaching Pro at Faiwinds and Pam has had 7 years of Property Management on the Sunshine Coast.
