Reservation & Cancellation Policies at Bed & Breakfast On The Green, Nanoose Bay, Vancouver Island

RESERVATION, RATES & CANCELLATION POLICIES

 

  •   High season - May 15-Sept 30th
  •   Low season -  October 1st - May 14th

RATES

  •   High season @ $135.00 nightly plus 5% GST tax only
  •    Low season @ $120.00 nightly plus 5% GST tax only
     
  •    We offer a 10% discount for stays of 6 or more continuous nights.
  •     All rates quoted and charged in Canadian dollars and based on double occupancy.
  •    All rates include a 4 (four) course Full hot breakfast each day.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT

  •   We require a one night’s deposit at time of booking and this will be charged to your credit card.  The balance of your stay is payable upon check in.    If your reservation is less than 10 (ten) days prior to check in then the full amount will be charged to your credit card at time of reservation.
  •    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, & travellers cheques.  Sorry we do not accept personal cheques.    Your credit card company will convert the Canadian dollar amount to your local currency.  Please be aware that exchange rates fluctuate with the currency market.

CANCELLATION

  •    Our cancellation policy for stays during High Season (May 15th-September 30th)

require a minimum of 14 days notice.  If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, we reserve the right to fully charge for all nights for which we are unable to secure a replacement booking.  We will issue a full refund, less the $40.00 administration fee, if we are able to rebook the room(s) for the entire reserved period.

  •   Our cancellation policy for stays during Low Season (Oct 1st- May 14th) require a minimum of 7 days notice.  If less than 7 days, the same charges will apply as High Season.  We realize that sometimes there will be special circumstances due to illness and under these circumstances, we are very flexible.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT

  •    Check in is from 4:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m.  No earlier please, as we are preparing for your arrival.  Earlier check-in is sometimes possible but please call in advance of your stay to discuss any special arrangements for a possible earlier check-in.
  •   Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.


PLEASE NOTE:

Bed & Breakfast On the Green is designed and operated as a romantic/peaceful getaway for an adult clientele seeking a tranquil atmosphere and is therefore unsuitable for small children.
